Product Details

Product Introduction: Silica- and sodium-free large-size electrofused high-zirconia bricks (ZA60, ZA80, ZA90) are premium materials ideal for glass melting furnaces. With a density of up to 5.0 g/cm³, these bricks can withstand long-term operating temperatures as high as 2000°C, making them particularly effective in glass applications involving sodium, boron, lead, fluorine, and other areas requiring high electrical resistivity. At temperatures above 1550°C under similar conditions, their service life exceeds that of AZS materials by more than three times. Additionally, they exhibit exceptional resistance to glass melt erosion and scouring, while also demonstrating excellent performance during repeated heating cycles. As a result, these bricks play a crucial role in extending the lifespan of glass furnaces, enabling cost-effective operations, and significantly reducing overall carbon emissions.
