Product material: The material is high temperature solid phase sintering, the main crystal phase is corundum and mullite, the grain development and distribution are uniform, and the glass phase is trace.

Product features: good wear resistance. The corundum phase constitutes the wear-resistant body of the material. High structural strength and good thermal shock resistance. The mullite network structure formed by the high temperature solid phase reaction and the low thermal expansion rate of mullite endow the material with high normal temperature, high strength and good thermal shock resistance. Good corrosion resistance.

Due to the ultra-low porosity of the material, it is difficult for its metal or non-metal melt to penetrate into the product. The ultra-low porosity index of the product is comparable to that of vitrified tiles. Possess the technology to make large pieces of high temperature ceramic products.
